Purpose of the Platform: The Platform is designed to assist employees of DaamalLimited and authorized employees of affiliated companies in the digital media industry with their daily tasks related to media publishing. This includes but is not limited to tasks such as Researcher, Video Edit, Copywrite, VoiceOver, Production, Performance Analyzing, AI-assisted content generation, User Performance tracking, Quality Assurance, and other related activities.
Internal Use Only: The Platform is intended for internal use only by employees of DaamalLimited and authorized employees of affiliated companies in the digital media industry. Any unauthorized use of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
Features and Services: The Platform offers a wide range of features and services, including but not limited to publishing on social media platforms, task flow management, analyzing data from published posts, AI-assisted content generation, performance analysis tools, user performance tracking, quality assurance tools, and other tools to facilitate media publishing tasks.
Restricted Access: Access to the Platform is restricted to users within DaamalLimited and authorized employees of affiliated companies. Unauthorized access or use of the Platform is prohibited.
User Data and Privacy: We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. Any data collected through the Platform will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found https://www.Daamal.com/privacy-policy.
User-Generated Content: Users may generate content on the Platform as part of their tasks. By submitting content, users grant DaamalLimited a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the content for the purposes of media publishing.
Intellectual Property: All content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of DaamalLimited or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
